Tamara Lyon introduces us to Bristow Sparks, interior
designer on the rise, who happens to work for Cherry Wyeland. Cherry is
hilarious in and of herself and there were moments I had Devil Wears Prada
flashes with her. She is brilliantly created and complements Bristow’s
personality well.
Bristow is by no means a wallflower, but she is somewhat
oblivious to the men around her as she has suffered loss, betrayal, and scorn
in her past. Until she meets Jack. He seems to be the turning point in her
holding back her feelings.
The story is laugh out loud hilarious, Bristow’s great-grandmother
will have you on your toes, and the whole story rounds out to one perfect
summer read!!!
Love this and so happy you loved it too! xx
